Two things I'm looking for... It's getting late and I'd rather go to bed then venture on another internet search adventure. Here's what I'm looking for:

  • A tool or application to convert an Access database to MySQL.
  • A tool or application to grab my .Mac Photo Album so I can host it on my own server.

For the Access to MySQL you can take a look at http://www.datanamic.com/

Tom - I tried sending a trackback to another roller-based site on this server, and it worked just fine. Check out http://raibledesigns.com/page/test?anchor=cool_theme_eh. The last comment is a trackback from this post. If you want to try again, I'm could delete your comment (and this one) if it comes through.

SQLyog is your answer man. It was free, now its $49: http://www.webyog.com/index.html Best MySQL tool I ever used: New! Q. I want to migrate from Oracle/MS Access/MSSQL/Sybase/Foxpro to MySQL. How can SQLyog help me ? A. SQLyog has probably the most powerful and comprehensive ODBC Import functionality through which you can import data from any ODBC compliant datasource. To import a data just create a DSN to the database and select ODBC Import Wizard by pressing Ctrl+Alt+O or Tools-> ODBC Import Wizard. Select the correct options in the wizard and in a flash all your data will be imported. I used it to migrate a whole Firebird database over to MySQL using the ODBC import. This tool ROCKS!
