Net Adds are too high in Region A for this quarter, is there a reason for the spike?

This quarter Region A did a huge marketing campaign on our new venture and is the reason for the spike.

So, why are we not having the same spike in other Regions?

Looks like the campaign is either not well received or other regions didn't put in much efforts.

I look the churn also went low in Region A.
