For Spring and WebWork, it was too much trouble to write the installers so you will need to manually configure the Controllers and Actions. This was mainly due to the fact that I'm not using XDoclet for these web frameworks and the limitations of using Ant as an installer. The __AppGen__ tool which generates the code is covered in [Part I|CreateDAO].
